Refund Policy

At Speakachoo, we are committed to delivering high-quality services while maintaining a fair and transparent refund policy. Please review the following terms:

1. Single Session Cancellations
   • If you reschedule a single session, there will be no deduction.
   • If you cancel a single session, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
2. Therapy Package Holders
   • If a session is canceled at least 1 hour before the scheduled time, it will not be counted as a completed session, and the package will remain unaffected.
   • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session will be considered as a completed session and deducted from the package.
3. Speakachoo-Initiated Cancellations
   • If a session is canceled by Speakachoo, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
4. Refund Processing
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
   • Speakachoo is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
