Single Sessions: If canceled, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted. Rescheduling is allowed without deductions.
Therapy Packages: If canceled at least 1 hour before, the session will not be counted. Late cancellations will result in session deduction from the package.
Rescheduling is permitted without penalties.
4.Payments & Refunds
Payments must be completed before accessing services.
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy.
Package holders are not eligible for refunds but can reschedule within the validity period

All client information and sessions are strictly confidential.

Misuse, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior will result in service termination.
